From first obtaining my New Jersey State Real Estate Sales License over 20 years ago, through becoming an experienced professional, to then obtaining my broker’s license and opening my own franchised real estate business, to most recently earning my NJ State Real Estate Instructor’s License, I have come full-circle and now wield the marketing power of a nationally branded company like Weichert, Realtors®!

CRS: A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), with years of experience and success, will help you make smart decisions in a fast-paced, complex and competitive market.
To receive the CRS Designation, Realtors® must demonstrate outstanding professional achievements — including high-volume sales — and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing, and technology. They must also maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® and abide by its Code of Ethics. Work with a REALTOR® who belongs among the top 3 percent in the nation!

SFR: The NAR Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification program is offered by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC). The program includes training on how to manage short sale, foreclosure, and real-estate owned transactions, and provides resources to help Realtors® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves.
e-PRO: The e-PRO® was developed through a partnership of the NAR and the Social Media Marketing Institute (SMMI) to familiarize today’s agents with the latest technology and social media tools to enhance their business, and teaches them about the changing market and how to connect with consumers, manage their online marketing, generate leads, and gain referrals.
